Common questions about pricing
What counts as a candidate flow?
A candidate flow is one complete verification run: a candidate receives a link, submits their responses (video or text), and the AI produces a scorecard. Flows that are sent but not completed by the candidate within the deadline do not count toward your monthly total.
What happens if I go over the monthly flow limit?
We will notify you when you are approaching your plan's limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time from your account settings. Overages are not automatically billed; your flows will pause until you upgrade or the billing period resets.
Does ATS integration require a technical setup?
Greenhouse and Lever connect via OAuth in a few clicks from your Proofglint account settings. Ashby connects via API key. For most teams the integration takes under 10 minutes. We provide step-by-step documentation for all three, and the Growth and Team plans include priority support if you run into issues.
Can I start with a free trial before committing to a plan?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial that gives you access to the full feature set for that tier. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel before then with no obligation. Trial details are shown during sign-up.
Is candidate data stored after the verification flow?
Candidate responses and scorecards are retained for the duration of the hiring engagement and for a configurable period after the role closes. You can request deletion of specific candidate records at any time from the Proofglint dashboard. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
