Sophia brings three years of senior recruiting experience at a fast-growing fintech, where she conducted over 1,200 phone screens and built the original manual rubric prototype that became Proofglint. Her operational perspective shapes every product decision around what recruiters actually need versus what looks impressive in a demo.
Ethan built NLP systems at a workforce analytics startup before joining as co-founder. He leads the AI verification engine and the scoring model that turns async candidate responses into structured, comparable signal. Dana and Liam joined from HireVue and Workday's product teams, bringing direct experience with enterprise hiring workflow and the integration patterns that make scorecard delivery reliable at scale.
