FAQ
Common pricing questions.
An active requisition is any open role with at least one candidate actively in an interview loop. Requisitions in draft state or archived roles don't count toward your limit. You can have unlimited candidates within each active requisition.
IDV checks are included in your monthly plan up to the limit (10 for Starter, 50 for Growth). Overages are billed at $4.50/check, billed at end of month. For Enterprise customers, we price IDV volume separately based on your expected monthly usage.
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free — equivalent to a 16.6% discount on monthly rates. Starter annual: $990/yr. Growth annual: $3,490/yr. Annual plans are invoiced upfront. Enterprise is always annual with custom terms.
ATS integrations are available from the Growth tier upwards. Supported ATS platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, BambooHR. Starter tier customers can use the REST API to integrate with other systems, but the pre-built ATS connectors require Growth or above.
